We offer each of our members our robust and complementary "Fit-Start Program" which consists of three one-on-one sessions with one of our Personal Fitness and Well-being Trainers to ensure each of our members are exercising safely, effectively, and efficiently.  Please visit our "Training" page for more info on our exclusive Fit-Start package.
